Education :Regular Graduate ; MBA HR pref
Knowledge Required : End to end Payroll Processing and F&F Settlement ( Mandate)
Skills / Competencies : Interpersonal skills; communication skills; easily approachable; pleasant personality, knowledge of excel & payroll tool, ability to interact with leadership for required approval
Internal interactions :Work with management committee, regional directors, circle CEOs, National functional heads, circle vertical heads
External interactions :Payroll vendor (Allsec) - for Specific payroll inputs & timely delivery, HR - Shared service vendor (People Central) - For employee queries resolutions.
Other Dimensions :Timely processing of all onroll employee ; Timely processing of Quarterly PLI
People Dimensions : Implant from payroll processing vendor & one offroll employee.
To enable the HR operations activities by maintaining accurate employee records and processing payroll and PLI (quarter & annual) in a timely manner. To support the timely completion of the merit increase and Performance Linked Incentive after closure of annual appraisal process.
