We are looking for OEM Sales (Key account )with our client with a global presence based at Mumbai.


Job Location : Mumbai (Andheri East)

Grade : AM

Region : West India

Industry :Lubricants

Education :Graduate Engineer + post graduate degree/diploma In business management from a well know B-School.

Experience :4 to 6 years’ experience In Sales/Business Development/Marketing of CIM (Computer-integrated manufacturing ) Equipment/Lubricants/ Oil/ Tyres/ Ancillary Units or Similar

CTC :Standard Industry Hike

Working Conditions :9 AM onwards , 5 days

OEM activity is growing at a rapid pace which has resulted in arrival of major international 0Erit's in the market, Also, the technological advancements & environmental regulations have resulted in change of requirements. Similarly, these OEM's customer has started demanding much more from theme leading to more complex business-ss dynamics, MI this has resulted in more focused interaction’s with the OEM's on regular basis wherein long term support for the product & market development will be key to business,

With the advent of the new RS VI norms, it will require upgradation in product formulations and partnership on this front 41 be key In garnering new business and increasing penetration on current OEM partnerships.

To ensure favorable business relation& with existing and prospective OEMs To expand existing business through OEMs and explore. new avenues of business .

Job Dimensions

1.To conceptualize and implement business strategy for OEMs & Direct Sales Business.

2.Ensure proper business relations with OEMs and to work towards new genuine oil tie-ups with OEMs

per the directives of VP —OEM

3.To maintain accurate market information on business environment,

4.To ensure that smooth supply of product dispatch to OE tvi customers,

5.To maintain a clear and accurate knowledge of competition activities & products related to OEM business,

6.To have a proactive approach with regard to the future requirement of the market and suggest changes / additions.

7.To ensure all elements of the ISO/ IS 16949 Quality Policy are strictly adhered.

8.Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.

9.Monitor and provide support to reporting Officers to execute their functions as per desired objective and to recommend training courses which would improve their performance,

10.Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are adhered to
