Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for aCircle - Key Account Manager ( KAM) for India's largest mobile tower installation company based at Indore.

Job Details :

Location :Indore

Grade : Manager

Role :Circle – MPCG

Reports to :Head Sales & Marketing-at Circle

Direct Reports :1 to 2

Indirect Reports :2

Work Timings :9AM-6PM however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch

CTC :Industry Standards

Experience :10+ years with 5-7 years in a Telecom Company, with an exposure to account management. Expertise in building and maintaining relations with the customers.

Education : Full time Graduation is mandatory, MBA

Dimensions : Driving a business for Rs 200 to 250 cr business with Average 8-10 Key Accounts.

Revenue Targets: Minimum 10% increase in the revenue through tower sharing activities,

Skills / Competencies : Field exposure and strong negotiation skills. Go getter with can do attitude . PR skills / Business Acumen / Negotiation / Communication skills / problem solving skills /Analytical skills.

Principal Purpose of the Job

Drive the Key account sales and marketing operations at the circle with a focus on expanding the business towards attainment of business plans and towards the profitable growth of the business. The position will actively keep track of the market competition, interact with the stakeholders in the operator companies to increase the brand and service awareness leading to revenue generation and increase in market share.
