Experience :18+ years (in managing large projects in across distributed geography)
Education :B.E / B.Tech ( Electrical / Electricity)
Knowledge Required : Expertise in Liaoning with Electricity Distribution Co's. ; Vendor Management.
Knowledge of process of EB as well as coordination among the inter departments.; Expertise in Liaoning with Electricity Distribution Co's.

Financial Dimensions :Payback period of EB expenditure by evaluating with Diesel Fill Report (DFR) and the savings projected by converting to Electrification or purgation.
People Dimensions :3 to 6 depending on the quantum
Other Dimensions :Electricity Board/Distribution Co's Vendors / Contractors
Internal interactions :Sharing Team : 1) Setting Targets (with TAT) with new SR/SO's. 2) Allocation of jobs to vendors with PO's.
External interactions :DISCOM's (Electricity Distribution Co's): Meeting with Divisional Managers for smooth execution of surveys/quotes required for rollout.
Skills / Competencies : 1) Strong acumen of up gradation rollout. 2) Taking stiff targets and driving the vendors. 3) Facilitation capabilities to bridge vendors, utilitiniors and senior management. 4) Team managementRelevant Experience :Liasoning capabilities with SEB's, DISCOMs, and associated Vendors
Principal Purpose of the Job
To facilitate timely completion of up gradation of all SR/SO sites booked from Customers in line with requirement of sites.
1.To ensure timely up gradation of all SR/SO sites with lowest budgets
a)Allocation to Vendors in TAT 3 days.
b)Timely approvals for exceptional requirements
c)Track and monitor Quality and safety aspects in execution in time.
2.Electrification of RFAid Non EB sites
a)Resolving the Land Lord or neighbouring issues
b)Resolving constraints at SEB, DISCOM level.
c)Taking refund of EB deposits for non-feasible sites after analyses.
d)Being proactive, Liasoning with regulatory bodies for timely Electrification
3.Compliance to Processes
a)Conducting regular internal checks/audits.
b)Identifying gaps and working towards the addressal
c)Ensure timely registration of commercial licenses
a)Timely allocation to vendors.
b)Giving monthly targets, Monitoring the execution and resolving their queries/constraints
c)Making sure that allocated work is delivered efficiently
Describe a typical day / week in this role
Meeting with Electricity Distribution Co's supply offices- 25%
Meeting with LO/neighbouring LO for resolving objections.- 20%
Visiting at sites/Local levels to coordinate with vendor/contractors to assess the real situation and come out with the liquidation plan for approval- 20%
PR processing and PO generation in coordination with SCM- 10%
Working with Internal teams, O&M, Sharing team etc. for business - 25%
