Roles and Responsibilities
a. Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
b. Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
c. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
d. Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
e. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
f. Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
g. Exposure to both small and large setups.
h. Ability to think strategically coupled with a willingness and desire to apply tactical and functional knowledge.
i. Strong direct and indirect management and leadership experience - demonstrated ability to coach others around management guidelines and leadership principles.
j. Flexible and self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership for quality of work and impact.
k. Strong relationship building skills - able to establish credibility quickly.
l. Fast decision making combined with hands-on mentality.
m. Excellent organisational skills - able to effectively prioritize workloads for self and the team and ensure others meet defined timescales and deliverable
